I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix

support!!! let's make this section be our english corner,just like our english corner in university.

Fperhaps,somebody who came here dare not to use english ,but I  think ,in this  speacial world-----a  "we do'nt know who and who ,we can't  see each other "world, they can be relax and try to practice. if our english corner are as flourishing as our chinese section, i think more thai will come here and we will get more information and make more and more friends.
I'm here waiting for the boom of our english corner!!!!!!
